Classic cabernet characters: red and black currant combined with herb and oak spice. Round and mouth filling with a rich well balanced finish.

Hinton Estate Pinot Noir 2010
An aromatic nose of spicy oak, black cherries and a hint of earthy herbaceousness. Fleshy juicy palate with fresh acidity and soft dry tannins.

Deep ruby red, rich aromas of black cherries and plums with hints of herbs and nutty oak. It has velvety tannins, with a smooth finish that is long and tasty.

An Alsatian style Pinot Gris from the warm sub climate of Earnscleugh. Nashi pear and quince on the nose. Beautiful lingering finish.		 $8.50 $37

Hailing from the Rhone, but reinvented by Ozzies and Kiwis this wine is a flinty rich mouthful of spice and nectarine juiciness.		 - $37

Pale lemon in colour with a delicate floral and spicy aroma. Slight oily texture with rounded soft flavours and a long finish.		 - $37
